Please see below communication received from Topline Tools head office today: "Dear Loyal Customer, Thank you for your for your continued support during this time of economic uncertainty and instability due to the Coronavirus epidemic we are experiencing in South Africa and worldwide! It is because of this that Topline has taken the decision to have the entire sales force work from home, with a view to keeping both our sales staff and customers safe. Business will continue as usual and all orders will be processed normally, the only difference being that all correspondence will take place by email or phone and not face to face. Please note that Topline’s overseas suppliers are fully back online, however we are expecting a slight delay on our current orders. Topline has good stocks at the moment but will potentially run out of a few of our faster moving lines while waiting for these shipments to arrive. We sincerely apologize for any disruption or inconvenience this may cause, but as you know this is all due to something completely out of our control.
